During special times of the year, such as Black Friday or Christmas, when we’re fulfilling many heartfelt requests, processing may extend to 2-6 working days. We truly appreciate your patience during these busier periods, as we ensure each piece is made to perfection.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: This option uses registered priority mail through your local postal service. Your order will be delivered directly to your address and may be left in your mailbox if you’re not home. Tracking information is included, providing you with peace of mind.
  • Standard Tracked & Signed Shipping: For added security, this method also uses registered priority mail but requires a signature upon delivery. Your jewelry will be delivered directly to your home or held at your local post office for collection. (Please note that some postal services may not collect signatures due to current safety measures.)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalised with care, ensuring it becomes a truly unique and meaningful keepsake made just for you. 

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

If you need to cancel or amend your order before production begins, or in the rare case your item arrives with a defect, please review our policies below.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

We understand that plans can change, and you may cancel your order for a full refund up until 3:00 PM (GMT+3) on the day of purchase. After this time, our artisans begin crafting your personalized piece, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. However, if you missed the 3:00 PM deadline, please contact us as soon as possible at info@milacantes.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once production is underway, no further adjustments can be made.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

While we take the utmost care to ensure your jewelry meets the highest standards, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right. Please reach out to us at info@milacantes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing an image of the issue and proof of purchase.

Our team will carefully review your claim and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement at our discretion. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every piece you receive to be as perfect as you imagined.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

For customers in the European Union (EU): all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay — you will not incur any additional import fees upon delivery.

For customers in the United Kingdom (UK):
Orders under £135 (including shipping) are typically exempt from additional import charges, as UK VAT is collected at the time of purchase.
However, orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT and potentially other customs fees upon arrival, depending on how UK customs process the parcel. These charges are assessed by HMRC and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For customers outside the EU and UK, additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your local laws and order value. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific guidance.
