Delivery: Spot on Photo quality: Spot on Engraving quality: Good Overall quality: Decent. The chain broke after wearing it once and my partner (F) changing shirts. Locket itself was of a lighter quality than expected and insanely difficult to open and I (M) had difficulty opening it. Women with longer nails don’t try opening it with your nails cause you’ll break em. The locket’s loop to connect the chain to is also super fragile. Got lucky that didn’t break off. There are cheaper options with better quality, I as a partner, was super disappointed with the outcome honestly… My partner was happy apart for the chain breaking so easily.

▸ Jewellery should be stored away from direct sunlight and heat, in a protective jewellery box.

▸ We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, showering, or swimming in a pool or ocean to keep it shiny for longer.

▸ Remove your jewellery pieces before going to bed to avoid any accidents that may cause damage to the pieces.

▸ Clean your jewellery after each use and occasionally wipe with soft cloth
