We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalized. The product should be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale.

All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
